About
Founded in 2014, Polygon Physics specializes in miniature, ultralow power discharge cavities and extraction systems to produce reliable and stable plasma, ion, and electron beams and beam arrays, for both research and industrial applications. One of these applications is thin film deposition for which we have developed systems with unprecedented possibilities in terms of composition, combined with uniformity over large areas, all in a very compact system. The patented design of our multibeam coating tools enables coating with the quality of ion beam sputter deposition and the simplicity of magnetron sputter deposition, while guaranteeing low maintenance. Polygon Physics delivers turnkey products as well as custom built solutions in close collaboration with our clients.
