Over the past five years, Xiton have integrated several ZOOM Spectra laser spectrum analyzers and LW-10 laser wavelength meters into their lasers dedicated to optical metrology in the microelectronic field.  Xiton lasers embedding RESOLUTION Spectra Systems products are now used, among other countries, in the USA and in Japan!

Providing a solution easy to integrate, both in terms of hardware and software, compatible with Xiton own flow, at both 1053 and 1064 nm, coupled with a flawless support, have been the key differentiators which convinced Xiton.
