The Product Line Marketing Manager is responsible for managing GYPRO & AXO product lines and performing the following essential functions:
To define strategic positioning of the products lines on the market:
- Evaluate the product performances, perform competitive analysis and benchmarking with competitors products
- Perform Segmentation & Identify Targets : sales & prospects analysis and market research
- Define value proposition & product positioning: define unique selling points, competitive advantage, product pricing over key markets and applications
To drive the products development roadmap:
- To identify new customers needs, define new target product specification and validate the targets with potential customer
- To drive the product developments in coordination with the CTO and the product development team
To bring the products to the market and drive adoption:
- To develop marketing collateral (brochure, product briefs, application notes, web pages…) as well as customer-facing presentations and distributors briefings
- To outline marketing campaigns (tradeshows, partners/influencers, distributors campaigns) required for demand generation
- To train sales force & distributors on how to sell the products and where
- To give product demonstrations at trade shows and deliver presentations to customers/prospects in coordination with the sales forces
- To support the sales team in the customer acquisition
Profil :
- Master degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (EEE) or in Instrumentation
- French-speaking necessary, Fluent in English compulsory, German speaking desired
- High Tech product management and product marketing experience
- At least 10 years experience in sensor product marketing and/or product line management for industrial, avionics or railway applications
- Work experience on sensors product marketing or product management (Ideally in inertial sensors or navigation systems)
