POSITION

Kalray develops processors, accelerations cards and complete solutions to help its customer designing more powerful, more cost efficient and less power-hungry solutions, targeting different kind of processing needs, from heavy compute workload to artificial intelligence.

The product manager is responsible to drive Kalray’s products (from definition to end-of-life) and roadmap to meet market and customer needs for sustainable and profitable Kalray’s leadership position in targeted Markets.

In particular, the product management need to ensure:

• The best match between Products/Roadmap features/Scope/Positioning – Cost – Schedule – differentiation versus competition and market/Customer needs and
• The product and roadmap support the company’s overall strategy and goals

As Kalray Compute and AI product manager, you will manage the product management of Kalray Compute and Artificial Intelligence portfolio.

Key Tasks

• Contribute to company strategy by providing regular market / competition / product information to CEO and management on Computing and AI acceleration market
• Based on company strategy, define Kalray Compute and AI product portfolio. Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market/customer requirements. Write Product Requirement Document (PRD) for products and Roadmap
• Acts as the customer advocate articulating the customer’s needs.
• Works closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business cases and customer requirements are met
• Promote and enforce Product Management process inside the organization (Release scope definition every 3 months, User Story review and approvals)
• Coordinate development of Non-Marketing Product Materials and secure their availability to customers (Product brief kind of document. Highly technical documentation like Datasheet, user manual are not considered in the perimeter of the product management)
• Support Marketing to develop marketing documentation, sales forces and business development team on the Compute and AI market

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• 5+ years of experience in Compute and AI

Skills

• Very good understanding of the Compute and AI SoC and Acceleration market

• Graduate Engineer
• Fluent in English – French is a plus
• Strong teamwork skills
• Strong listening and analytics skills
