Governance
All categories of Minalogic members — corporate partners, local government, small and mid-sized enterprises and industries, training and education organizations, and research laboratories — are represented on the board.
Minalogic’s board of directors has a total of 19 seats: 7 for SMEs, 5 for midcaps and large corporations, 6 for higher education and research, and 1 for local governments and economic development and innovation agencies.
The SME Council is the voice of Minalogic’s SME members. The Council was established to represent the interests of SMEs in decisions made by the Minalogic Board of Directors. The SME Council is also tasked with making recommendations for Minalogic’s strategy roadmap.
The SME Council is made up of 7 full members and 2 substitutes, all SMEs managers.
