About
The use of industrial cardboard packaging is the cause of one billion tons of CO2 / year in Europe. There is a solution: reusable industrial packaging that divides CO2 emissions by 3, but its cost of use is higher than that of disposable packaging.
Let's take the case of an industrial integrator (Renault, Alstom, Airbus) that sends its empty packaging to its supplier to be filled and sent back full. Every year, 20% of the packaging disappears, and a good part of it comes back broken or unusable. But the owner has no way of identifying the company responsible for this misuse. So it is the owner who pays to replace his missing packaging but also, and more importantly, to cover himself against the risk of empty packaging breakage.
GoodFloow is the first solution that identifies the responsible user of each industrial packaging, 24/7 throughout Europe without GPS, additional infrastructure or human intervention. This allows to increase their average life span from 3 to 10 years. And to avoid replacing tons of CO2 with tons of electronic waste due to end-of-life IoTs, the IoTs we design in partnership with 4 public laboratories (IMT Nord Europe, IMT Atlantique, INRIA, IRCICA) have a lifespan of more than 10 years while they monitor the packaging 24/7.
GoodFloow has been awarded Deeptech by the BPI (French Investment Bank) and our service is fully eco-designed as it has been audited by the ADEME. Indeed, we are winners of the Perfecto call for projects from ADEME and logistic 4.0 from France 2030.
