The Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, in partnership with the MINALOGIC competitiveness cluster and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Entreprises agency, is offering a dedicated regional pavilion of nearly 300 m² within Eureka Park at CES.

This event represents a tremendous opportunity for innovative companies looking to gain visibility, find new partners, break into new international markets, and meet an audience of potential investors, CTOs, senior executives, COOs, companies, and research organizations.

As an exceptional showcase for the latest advancements, CES in Las Vegas celebrates technological innovation every year and brings together the industry’s brightest minds.

Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, a region of innovation and entrepreneurship, it is only natural that the Region is mobilizing its resources to participate in the world’s largest technology trade show.

It thus offers companies two options:

• “Exhibitors”
• “Visitors”

Eligibility and Selection Criteria for the Exhibition

• Offer an innovative or disruptive technology.
• Be based in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (headquarters or facility).
• Offer an innovative product or solution that can be demonstrated.
• Meet the European criteria for SMEs.
• Comply with the de minimis aid regulations.

The selection of exhibitors for the Regional Pavilion will be made by a jury composed of representatives from the Region and partner organizations based on the following criteria. Special attention will be given to first-time participants in this event.

A selection committee meeting will take place in late July. If necessary, a second committee meeting will be organized. The call for proposals may therefore be extended if necessary.

Unveiled is a pre-CES event that serves as a showcase to give the international media a sneak peek at the technological innovations that will be at the heart of the trade show. For this event, the Region will have 10 spots available. It will select the “winners” through a pitch competition bringing together interested exhibiting companies. This competition will be held in late 2026. A date will be announced as soon as possible.

Following the selection process, the Region and/or its partners will contact the companies to finalize the agreement.
