About
POLLEN Metrology is a decision making software publisher applied to nano-fabrication issues. Our software centralizes and analyzes data from different measurement tools (SEM, AFM, TEM …) necessary to the understanding and mastery of nano-processes applied especially in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, building (…). Centralization and aggregation of this data with other sources of heterogeneous information (process, design, other measurements …) allow the simplification and acceleration of the cycle of learning and mastering the nano-processes. This also allows for the industries concerned to comply with the current regulations standards and future related to the use of “Nanos”
