Survey: Microelectronics Sentiment Index 2026 – Your opinion matters!
How do you assess the current operating environment for the microelectronics industry in France?
Starting now, the German Institute for Innovation and Technology (iit) is conducting a cross-national survey on the current conditions, development prospects and key challenges in four different semiconductor regions: alongside the region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes as France's leading center for semiconductors and microelectronics, Saxony, Germany’s most important semiconductor hub, Singapore and Phoenix, Arizona, in the USA are being examined as comparison regions.
Minalogic serves as French local partner for this survey.

It takes around 6 minutes to complete the questionnaire, and participation in the survey is anonymous. The survey will remain open until 27 November 2026.
Who can take part in the survey?
All stakeholders in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region across the value chain – from suppliers, through chip designers and semiconductor manufacturers, to suppliers of components and systems, as well as recycling and waste disposal companies. Staff from research and scientific institutions, investors, political figures and business development organisations, as well as all stakeholders from trade associations and organisations, are also invited to take part!
