VISION SYSTEMS, a leader in electronically dimmable windows announces its partenership with Goiot Systems
Visions Systems continues to assert its presence in the marine industry and expands its partnership network with a new strategic partner, GOIOT SYSTEMS, based in France. GOIOT SYSTEMS designs, manufactures, integrates and sells equipment intended primarily for pleasure boats and work boats, such as sliding doors and hatches.
Vision Systems and GOIOT have already collaborated on different projects, and most particularly on the DAME Design Award nominated solution: Nuance Eco-Smart, for which GOIOT provided the hatch. Nuance Eco-Smart is a self-powered dimmable hatch that comprises photovoltaic cells integrated onto the frame of the window allowing to harvest solar energy in a battery in order to enable the solution to operate, totally independently of the boat electrical system. The system is easily controlled either thanks to a touch panel, a PED, or automatically with additional sensors (light, temperature).
This partnership between Vision Systems and GOIOT will allow a further collaboration in the development, manufacturing and commercialization of opening dimmable windows, especially in the marine market.
