Minalogic carves out position as leader of Digital Innovation Hub in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region

"The European Commission created a pan-European network of Digital Innovation Hubs to encourage and assist European industry to adopt digital technology," said Pierre-Damien.
MinaSmart is the only DIH certified and supported by the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regional government. It will serve the region’s industrial economy; however the scope of its activities will be broader, reaching out both nationally and across Europe. The DIH will unite all key technology partners and market stakeholders.
The idea behind MinaSmart is to offer all economic stakeholders (companies of all sizes and, especially, SMBs, government, etc.) that need to integrate digital technology into their organizations access to technology and services:
- Access to technologies and know-how
- An understanding of technology use cases, the value chain, and the supply chain
- Resources to speed up R&D
- Innovation support services
- Test cases

To ensure that these objectives are achieved, MinaSmart will leverage the capabilities present across the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region to strengthen the hardware-software continuum on six key digital technologies:
cyber physical systems, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and data privacy, connectivity (5G and IoT), smart integrated microelectronic components (including sensors), simulation, and high-performance computing. MinaSmart unites leaders in all of these fields—R&D stakeholders and a network of key market players across the region—and is poised to deliver end-to-end services In addition, MinaSmart will cultivate close relationships with the other major Digital Innovation Hubs in France, such as DigiHall on the Paris-Saclay campus, as well as with the European DIHs from the Silicon Europe Alliance and other leading European DIHs in these fields. |
Minalogic plays a major role in this ecosystem, and will lead MinaSmart. And, as Director, Pierre-Damien Berger will have the capacity to drive programs, coordinate stakeholders, and inventory the available technologies.
